The dumplings always look so delicious and the atmosphere is calming even if its bustling. I like the grilled dango's slight crisp on the outside and how soft it looks inside. Great video ! Loved this cafe and hope to try fresh dumplings like this one day.

I like how homey the guesthouse feels, it feels very comfortable compared to a regular hotel setting. The 7/11 dinner even seemed like it would taste good in that nice environment! (＾-＾)
Seems like a very chill place to spend the night. I appreciate that there was a kitchen that guests could use. Eating out all the time can become expensive when traveling.

The presentation of the food and the overall attention to detail was exquisite. I was interested to see a whelk included as part of the meal. They were once widely-eaten in the East End of London, where my family originate, but have since fallen out of fashion.
